The role includes conducting a thorough screening process, which may involve phone interviews, in-person meetings, reference checks, and technical evaluations, as well as coordinating interviews and meetings with candidates and clients. The recruiter communicates regularly with clients to assess staffing needs, verify consultant references, and provide progress updates to the internal team. Responsibilities also include managing candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial engagement to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with employment documentation and contractual requirements. The recruiter builds and maintains strong relationships with candidates to foster loyalty, while also developing and retaining client relationships to support long-term partnerships. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand organizational structures, project requirements, and technologies used, as well as developing recruitment strategies, identifying appropriate sourcing channels, and achieving hiring goals. The recruiter leverages recruitment software and tools such as HubSpot, JobDiva, Glider, and other industry platforms, while staying informed on staffing trends and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery. The position may also involve generating leads for the sales team, contributing to revenue growth, supporting compliance processes, and collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment systems and service offerings.
